Beginning Sunday, February 14th 2010, ViperForums.net will begin a switch over to new ownership.
Due to extenuating personal developments, projects, and interests, Randy no longer has time or any vested interest in maintaining the site on his time or, rather, lack thereof. There is no financial gain coming from the switch to new ownership. The website in its entirety is simply being given away and done so in this manner in order for the site to continue on. Randy could just have easily shut off the switch entirely rather than passing it along. We hope this much is clear and think that some who have shown genuine interest in the site from the beginning will appreciate that gesture.
If you no longer wish to be a member under the new ownership, you have 30 days from Sunday, February 14th 2010 to contact the administrator via private message or the Contact page found at http://www.viperforums.net/forums/sendmessage.php (link @ bottom of the homepage) and your account will be deleted in its entirety. There is no personal information being passed along with the new ownership but we also respect that some may wish to depart anyway.
The rules and guidelines of which the site bases it's decisions and actions upon are subject to change and that is the sole decision and discretion of the new owner(s). We ask that you respect and understand the decisions and that you please refrain from any further contact with Randy as the ADMIN by any means, be it message, phone, or any other fashion while he is currently busy with personal matters.
