The most hilarious part of the Nohsreg thing is that when I was looking for a place to move in SA he GAVE me his address to mapquest and find a place within a certain square miles of him in such and such directions.. which I did.

Then I never drove past there I wouldnt exactly say me and Nate were friends at all we fought on the board more often than not but at the time BP and i were friends and its before it went all bad..

i was planning on moving to Miami and SE is the one who talked me into moving to San Antonio.. then Im stalking NATE? Why the hell? Oh thats a WHOLE other issue.. That came after all this shit with BP and Nate. In fact I recall being absolutely fucking SHOCKED that Eric and Mikuntla were running me and talking shit about me.. But I mean hey Smackie truely went to work on trying to make sure his friends supported him. I still to this day don't know what in the hell SE/WW's malfunction is but I can tell you 100000000% without a doubt they had nothing to do with any of it. They somehow tried to make it about them bunch of attention fucking whores that they are. In truth SE and I were good friends and he confided in me. Another member of VA and Speedalley earned my trust and that led to losing my shirt too so I know the feeling of having nothing but love to run on.

But we live and learn and move on. In the end life is on the up and up for you now, as it has been for me too... Unlike most who wake to an alarm clock, I wake up when my eyes open, decide what I will do today, eat at some of the best places whenever I feel like it, I'm taking my dear old dad and his wife overseas for a 10 day holiday in a few days, and life is fantastic. hahaha waaaay back after i was banned i went on the alley under the name wavejammer lol.. and i blended in a got into it with SE/WW and Smackie backed me up it was over some racist shit.. well obviously Im a smart ass and got my opening and made some remarks and got banned but not after I went off and put a whole lotta stuff out there. And of course it got deleted. So Red 5 god bless him gets with me on AIM cuz hes always known that whole deal was bunk and he gets off on starting shit and talking shit so he starts making all these free mrob threads and shit and proceeds to post for me a very long call out very similar to this one only i just went off on Brian and called out all his garbage and put it out there.. This sent Smackie absolutely freaking silent as it stood there untouched undeleted. Ultimately Red5 got banned for 90 days for posting it and the no proxy posting rule was born. :haha:This was later amended to be for anybody saying anything at all with regards to my side of the story and any hint of me in a post auto = proxy post or I ghost wrote it and resulted in ban and why other than the protected few nobody on there was dumb enough to say fuck all about me or try to defend me and the ones who did but played it straight and worded it right to avoid the spin ultimately got branded a creepy stalker real world freak and ran off the site or banned.

Once the offending post was gone, I was banned and Red5 was banned Brian came out of his hole and could only muster up that being a 6ft tall woman (I'm 5'11") instantly counted as me being a man and if he seen me he was going to punch me in my jaw.

FYI: After I spent my time trying to resolve the issue over the phone and once it became apparent that I was given the run araround - I made one phone call to my attorney here and in turn, he made one phone call to a law firm in Princeton, NJ and the matter was resolved this afternoon... I had to pay a $100.00 reinstatement fee to NJ and have them fax the clearance letter here to SC - so alls good...

As for my shanty, I'm sure that my house(s) and the cars in the garage are worth much, much more than whatever you can ever aquire...

First of all why not just state who you are? Do you really want me to go there? No doubt you know that none of this was initiated by neither BP or Nate they just got involved in it. Why Viperalley members would involved themselves in a real life issue I was having at the time is unknown but I would definately call that going real world.. but to then participate in it further and become friends with someone I have a outside lawsuit with.. It was started and all legal proceedings were taken against David and Gayla Drummond. There is nearly 1 Gig worth of documents, tell ya what call my attorney Jim Crampton and getcha self a copy.. knock yourself out. The FBI and Omaha Police Department were involved because of a forum that was put on the back of the stopmrob.info site.. of which Nate and Brian were both members. They were also members of a yahoo group of the same name. Im sure I could look up the threads where they posted up the links to them but we all know they did and that there were a few alley members who were members of it. That signals their participation. I'll go look for the documents of my kids child custody hearing.. hows that? If you really want to see all those things homie I'll gladly provide them but with my childrens fulls names DOB's, that of their fathers, my parents, and people who were involved but not a part of this discussion I wont post them on a open forum.. but I'll go ahead and tell my attorney to give up a few copies.

There are people who know absolutely NOTHING about anything that went on there saying my name in a negative manner because... why? Me? However if you do a quick search of the name MROB or MSLOB over the past 4 years there are thousands and thousands and thousands of results.

Heres the difference between me and them. When it comes to my side of the story who among them will come speak using the name people know them as? When that stranger and his wife who IS a alley member and joined and made her friendship with Nohsreg and Smackie known (a post thats now conveniently deleted and when I get a minute I'll go look for the screen shot I have thousands of them) after I left.. contacted Brian and Nate why in the good fuck did they get involved in my real world drama? If they were going to involve themselves they should have looked a lil deeper to find out the dude coming at them for help in fucking with me (he was being sued) had a shady past lengthy criminal record and they both had a history of stalking another woman before me.. for 5 years. Better fucking yet they shoulda said its not my fucking business thats her real life, warned me some freak was following me around on the internet contacting people and left it the fuck alone. Instead they made themselves part of the story. Why? Instead they took that information and harassed me at my income source? Why? Instead they concocted some bullshit story that I was driving past Nates house and moved to San Antonio because I was obsessed with Brian. Clearly in those screen shots this all started before I moved to SA, I wasnt friendly with either of those dudes and them already contacting my real life friends had me feeling threatened creeped out and thinking about changing my plans to move.. of which it was too late at that point.

Bottom Line:

They dont want to admit it but heres the truth.. it was about me suing david drummond and him trying to put together a smear campaign against me to attempt to beat the court of public opinion despite the fact he broke the law and the court of law was very much on my side. He owed me money and was using and selling my copywritten works illegally without my authorization. The law is cut and dry and so was the settlement check I cashed back in 05.

I was stalked and followed to the alley, they joined up with the guy who was orchistrating a smear campaign of lies and innuendo, small slivers of fact twisted to suit their agenda against me for unknown reasons and involved themselves in my personal life and affairs which caused me a great deal of harm both emotionally and financially.

And sometime well after that out of no where SE/WW decided they wanted some attention and screamed in and kept it going for lonnnng after it was over and attempted to make it about them.. for reasons still unknown to me. I still have NO CLUE wtf or why Eric turned on me like that after Id been nothing but a good friend to him and Mikala both. Nobody can figure that out. Id LOVE it if one of them chimed in and filled me in but other than that.. its whatever. Its pretty much comedy and Im long since "over it"

Maybe you need to read the site background in the FAQ Thread because, just FYI, it doesnt work that way here. The only thing that matters is that there is no behind the scenes coverup here. If MROB wants to post whatever she wants here that is credible; and let me just mention that so far no one has any reason to doubt her since she has backed up what she has said with copious (almost too much) evidence, then she can continue to do so. Everyone is free to say what they want here. Thats the way it should be, and unfortunately the Alley lost their original direction on that somewhere along the way.

She is using this as an oppurtunity to clear the air based on that freedom of speech that exists here. Nobody, especially people like Observer, could really understand the need to just have your say on a level playing field unless they too had their real world livelihood destroyed in a dishonorable way and then not been able to defend themselves without having the tables stacked against them unfairly.

I know what that feels like and I also needed to have 1 opportunity to speak my mind without a bunch of asswipes spinning it before I could get the message out. I succeeded (thanks in large part to friends willing to stand against the assholes who wanted me to shut up), then the asswipes had their fun, by then it was already game over as mission accomplished. That is over now, I did what I felt I had to do, and I know several people saved spending their hard earned money and getting endless frustrations as a result. I had no qualms about the impact that had because nobody in the other camp gave a shit when it was my family. My payback was nothing by comparison, but for the few that "got it" it was worth it.

I dont represent either side of this battle. I feel that if MROB were lying about anything, why would she do it on a board that allows all sides arguments? Why hasnt someone challenged anything she has put forth? Ask yourself that...

Before you continue in representing the side you have made obvious that you represent, let me tell you that I (as well as many others) am merely an "Observer" in this bout as well.

Now; as an observor, and from what I have read here, I should note that everything you just mentioned that was done to someone, was done first and ten-fold to MROB, which I may also add included a website created with sole purpose of defamation that exploited very personal information of hers for all of the world to see. Her livelihood was compromised as well as many oppurtunites. Correct me if Im wrong but I also believe phone calls were made which compromised aspects of her family life as well.

Thanks for chiming in again though, and thanks for trying to hold me responsible for the words of others. Unfortunately for you, that accusation falls on deaf ears according to the law. All I have done is provide a venue for people to say what they want and knowing that they are the sole representative of what they type.
