I have a 05 srt 10 with a novi 2000,comp cam, dana 355s and corsa track exhaust. Was wondering if anyone would know or have a close guess at what to expect rwhp to be.Ive hand a few 600 rwhp cars and this viper seems to be much stronger and faster. Also i have 19 inch rear rims and im looking for a sticky tire for maybe road and track use.I had 555 drs on a other car i had and they did pretty well but i dont think there in a 19 inch size any suggestions.Im running pilot sport 2s now.

How many lbs of boost are you running? Any other internal changes other than cam? What are the specs on the cam? Fill us in on that and we may be able to give you a closer estimate...

Im running 6 psi and the only info i could get on the cam was it was a comp coupe cam, what ever that is.The heads and intake have been polished but no forged internails have been added. Thanks for the reply

6psi, with port and polish and a mild cam; Im gonna estimate right at 625 to 650rwhp, but not more, especially considering you mentioned no other exhaust mods than a cat-back...

Theres no way to get more specific than that not knowing the specs on the cam or the port/polish, and not to mention who did it... Naturally, theres no way to know the exact numbers without putting it on a dyno.

Where/ from who did you buy the car? Just curious...

I think Randy will be close on the 625rwhp, the cam out of a comp coupe is not that much bigger than stock. I can't see over 650rwhp possible at 6psi unless a built motor with ported heads, full headers, and hi flow cat back 3" exhaust as well, and then a very good tune. But I'm only guessing - someone may know something I don't.

I agree with the estimate. I am really suprised that someone would go to thru the expense of doing heads, cam and intake work and not put some forged pistons and rods in there.

Gen III stock internals are extremely weak. Your tune better be spot on or lookout.:eatpop:

Thats kinda what I was thinking... Thats why Im curious where the car came from. I would almost be afraid that there is no headwork done, especially if the seller didnt have a dyno sheet after all that work. Seems to me a guy who would go that far would want to know how it paid off...

But then again, if Bernie sold it to you, then I am sure it is what he said it was.

Im going to go to the dynoshop we have here in chesapeake va.,and see what it does. What is the average on forged internails. rods, pistons ect and where is a good vendor to get them.I would hate to pop this thing after i just got it.

Yeah, definately get her on a dyno and let us know the numbers. I still say with the given mods that you are going to see in the 625-650 rear wheel range. I wouldnt be too concerned with anything breaking pushing those numbers. Anything over 700 that you are really pushing hard and often is when you really need to worry on these cars.

If you are interested in getting some work done, I would definately direct you to Underground Racing in Charlotte, NC (about 4-5 hrs from you). Im sure Kevin would be happy to work something out with you on a build and tuning utilizing your current SC setup, especially since they offer that blower package anyway...

Hey anyone know of a drag radial for the 19inch rims,sp2s are not the best for hooking up

I think you are screwed on drag radials with the 19 inch rims. Alot of people like Nitto Invos but I don't know if they are any better than PS2s.

I just put on some Toyo R888s (18 inch). They hook pretty good considering my Roe car puts down 660/710.
