I know some of you have seen it before, but I just ran across these pics again...
:puke::puke::puke::puke:
Supposedly it cost Dodge and ASC around $750,000 to make this single car, but now they are selling it for $295,000... It is "tuned" to make a massive and astonishing 615hp!!! Truly amazing to me that a scam even greater than a Hennie car exists...

The idea of all the carbon fiber panels is awsome. Just wish they would have painted them! The trumpet intake, just wish they would have covered them up. In the end i think their attempt to showoff what they did, completely ruined the look of the car.

One thing i do kinda like the looks of that i might get flamed for is the extra fins in the vent behind the wheels... if they were painted.

I am pretty sure that Chrysler is not selling the car as it was the prize for a VCA raffle, so it would be sold by a private party.

I completely forgot that the VCA raffled this car... Youre right, its got to be sold by the winner. Didnt a lady win it? I forget...

I'd consider going 100K on that car just for the exclusivity and the fuel injection system but that's about all I would pay for it.:eatpop:

Personally, I think the unpainted carbon fiber makes the car look like it got pieced together at a fuggin junkyard. but i'd take it if they gave it to me.

The lady that won the car is from Kansas City. They have several Vipers.

I don't mind some of the CF weave exposed. Fine line between looking good and Rice. XVIPERS is now making CF body panels. All CF ACR stuff is coming too. I saw the fenders and other new CF parts there last week. They look good.

I am waiting on a CF 08 hood and some other body parts now

That Viper is hideous.

Hideous due to the paint scheme. Paint that all black though and it'd be awesome.

McLaren will have done a lot of work to have put their badge on it, and while the power might be tame - that will be due to restraints put on them.

That would be a kick ass car no doubt - the only thing wrong other than the fugly paint is that it is running intake screens not filters.

It should run a shaker hood so it can be an all weather car
:yep:

No OEM would release a car for regular road use without proper filters

also imagine the throttle response from those MacLaren tuned ITB's if combined with a blueprinted and lighter crank/reciprocating mass and valetrain!

Add dry sump and cam swap and rpm passed 7k with ease!

That ITB setup should be available with ECU base maps to order - it'd be sensational

I reiterate; that Viper is hideous. I don't give a shit why, where or what the fuck. It is ugly as sin and the creator should be castrated, blue balled and sent to prison at once, where he must write, one hundred times, "I will never fuck up a Viper again, for as long as I live".

Don't sugar coat it, ... Do you like it or not...

That paint scheme is bad.

They can do the CF weave in different colors now... I am trying to get the builder to make mine with black mesh weave. Clear with black weave won't be so "in your face". Too much exposed weave, regardless of color, starts to look cheap. IMO

IIRC, that thing AIN'T street legal either.

Though, it does sound good at idle. Wish they would've revved it a few times in the vid...

in cali nothing is legal...
im sure in a state without emission testing, or even inspections it could get past... if it has a vin.

I like this car.
I saw this car in person at VOI9, it is way better in the flesh.
If I remember correctly the reason it would not pass emissions was the intake.
They gave this car away as a VCA raffle, they also included a normal intake and gave the option of having it installed and tuned to make the car smog legal.
