Ferrita (http://www.ferrita.com/eng/index.php) is known primarily for Volvo applications over across the pond, but I ran across this video where they welded one up on a Roe GTS. They dont list any gains or dyno info, but the sound wasnt far off from sounding pretty decent IMO... The company only has one dealer stateside and that is www.VivaPerformance.com (http://www.VivaPerformance.com) out of Massachusetts.

Heres the video:

For kicks, I am emailing the company to ask them about the gains they saw, at least in terms of percentage if not actual numbers, and Im also asking them about pricing and stateside emissions if they have that info.

I like the sound when its revving but at idle its not so great. I would need to hear it in person before handing over any money. Interesting find. Keep us posted on what you find out.

The semi oval tips didn't look to bad and the black pinstriping looked decent.

I didnt think it sounded half bad from the video, and a lot of guys would like that its semi-quiet at idle. Id really just like to know some performance figures if they have any.

Still no reply yet, though, so we will see.

Being as how it is a GTS, I wonder how bad the drone is, my Borla can be bad cruising at certain RPMs...

I emailed these guys twice now asking for info on the system and its availability but never got a reply. I guess they arent that interested in marketing it.

I don't care for it. Too quiet for me.

My GTS with Corsa track exhaust, no cats, ROE and Belanger headers has ZERO drone. I have heard that Borla is bad for that. You should check out Corsa.

Red I've had both the corsa and the Borla. The corsa on my car when it was stock (which was only about 1000 miles) was to quiet. However, when I modded it the corsa came alive. I had the old style Borla, which is suppose to be a little louder than the newer version and I liked it. I didn't really have much drone. What little was there didn't bother me and the car sounded great. The best I ever heard my car was after Underground built my motor and did the Paxton install with no cats. The car sounded like a damn monster. Even NOMAN said it sounded like the hounds of hell were coming after you.
