I was going to change out my TPS sensor on the left throttle body.. I was able to loosen and unscrew the top screw. But ended up stripping the bottem one. The screw takes a star pattern hex key. Can anyone here suggest what would be the easiest approach in taking off that bottem screw? I dont want to further damage it and make it any worse.. Thanks..

Any screw extractor should grab it.

In a pinch and late at night, I have taken my dremil tool with a cutting wheel and actually cut a line across the head of the screw and was able to get my flatblade and remove the screw.

Those TPS screws are loctited in. If you can lock a pair of pliars on it and use a small buetane or propane torch to warm the metal where the screw goes in. This will loosen the locktite.
If all else fails, use a dremel to just cut the head off it and then remove it once the TPS is off.
