I am new to this forum, I am on several other SRT forums however i was wondering who would be interested in vipers that are manufacture buybacks? aka lemon law cars, we have full documentation on what the cars were bought back for and they are very good deals! I just want to get everyones opinion on them, because if there is intrest I know i can probably keep them comming. I have one right now thats an 05 conv. black on black with 21,000 miles on it. One thing everyone should know is that Chrysler does put a 12 month unlimited mile bumper to bumper warranty back on the car from the day you buy it. So the cars are fully covered by Chrysler. Please let me know what you guys think. Thank You

I know for a FACT that General Motors and Ford do not put SHIT as far as warrnaties on their buybacks. I'd want to see it in writing!! :eatpop:

The warranty is on the paperwork you sign for the buyback. It's all in writing and it covers everything on the car except normal wear and tear items. Thanks for the feed back

i dont have the paperwork in font of me right now, but most of it was becuase of body issues that had to be realigned and weather stippings. the price is 40,999 for a 05 with 21,000 miles. i can tell you that its the only 05 with a warranty, and i really appreciate everyones opinion. thanks again, and please let me know if you have any questions on the car i should have pictues of it in the for sale thread tomorrow.

I'm a dealer also and I'd say with the lemon problem that the car should be bought like a salvage title fixed unit.
