Just checking if anyone here knows anything about them?

There's some negative blog on google, but that would be true of most. They seem straight enough to deal with and have provided a list (without contacts) of recent closings plus some links to balance the negative blogs.

A client has a letter of interest from them for some funding. I'm ok with their interest rates, but I'm nervous about their non refundable up front fee which my client can ill afford to throw away!

In todays market, some companies might be trying to stay alive on up front fees, then decline during due diligence.

Any one here know if they an ok company? They are based in Scottsdale AZ.

Never heard of them, but in this current economy I would feel safer working through the bigger name groups... Chase would be my number one recommendation, especially for those putting money into banks...

The reason small time banks offer such high interest returns on accounts is because they need your money to stay afloat...

I concur. Now would not be the time to venture too far away from the "known" players. My .02.
