New Michelin 335/30 ZR-18 tire

Hello, I am helping a friend find a buyer for a new Michelin 335/30 ZR-18 Pilot Sport he has. He had injured his hand, and had to to go to the ER, not having any insurance, so I suggested he try to sell this tire to help him pay the medical bills. I wanted to try you folks first before going to the hassle of Ebay. The tire is located in the north Dallas, Tx area. Local pickup is preferred, but I suppose it can be wrapped and shipped, but due to it's size and weight, probably will cost you about another $40 depending on where it has to go.
