We need an area that is only accessible and visible to mods to discuss issues.
Anyone that logs in as a "Bot" shall be banned. Bots are typically nothing but spammers, and if we're caught sleeping and one slips in, they will spam the fuck out of the place!

When we convert to Vbulletin then there will be a mod forum. Also there will be acouple of different "hidden" forums for members granted access. As far as the bots, those are just search engine bots, default with the software. They become "active" when the corresponding search engine triggers it. I will PM and explain.
