VF.Net Members. I need your help!

I am requesting some assistance of you.

When I joined VA back in 06, my current Get Bit user name that I use on all the other forums I frequent had already been taken by our fellow VA member Jerry. A justifiable request has come to me from the Admin staff asking if I would be willing to give the name up, or back to the real or original VA "getbit" (no space) :) as he is joining our community.

Since he was on Viper Alley before I was along with the fact that VF.Net was created for those of us who wanted a change of pace and scenery from the once great VA site, I think it is the best thing I can do in this situation and I will give my current user name up.

I would like to apologize for any confusion that it may have caused anyone on here thinking I was the GB from VA instead of changing my name mid stream. It was not intentional or was it done with any hidden agenda. I was just trying to be consistent with the other sites.

I really did not put things together when I joined even after I noticed I had massive rep. I thought it might have been a KRAZY gift of sorts. :lol:

Here is what I need help with. I do not really care for my current VA user name which for those who might not know, is IDWIN. So, I am asking for suggestions from those of you who here I have interacted with, spoken to and might even have taken casino money from on the forum. ;)

I am up for all suggestions, although I realize that this thread could go in any direction with this group. But I want everyone to know who I was, and who I will be after this name change takes place.

I would like to make the change by tomorrow, so the real or former GB can join us.

I know most of you are especially Mrs Monster are thinking "Hold 'Em Champ" but I would hate to try and live up to that name daily. :D

I want to make sure everyone knows the way this came about. "GET BIT" (Tracy) not to be confused with "getbit" (Jason) registered here back in October. "getbit" Joined us last night and in reply to his welcome message stated some concern that the two might be confused, especially to people not familiar with our community.

We want to try and accommodate everyone here, so we took Jason's concern and presented it to Tracy. Being that Tracy registered here first, we left him with full discretion in whether or not he wanted to change his username. There was absolutely no pressure and there would be no hard feelings from the Admin side of the board regardless his decision.

Tracy has been more than understanding and is willing to change his username, and we feel that is a real kick ass move on his part to accommodate another member. Thats what its all about. :yep:

We hope this gives some confidence to everyone in not being afraid to approach the Moderators or Administrator for any issues.
