VF is getting the first look of all products by Mayhem before they come out. So keep tuned in.

As a tease I used prototype #1. It is…the ugliest of them all.

Prototype One: The cut is rough, the vacuum placement needed adjustment but the mold is right on. Big “D” did a great job with that.

Maybe next week I will show you a real one.. :D

The plan in motion is for the Gen II it will look something more like this when done.

No GTS or RT/10 will ever have to have kit car interior. Carbon Fiber, cow hide and chrome (or brushed aluminum) looks bad asp.

And I thought I got away from spending money on a car when I sold my Vette and will be getting a GTS next week. I don't have my car yet and already thinking about this new product. Here is what it looked like on my Vette, although mine is the Hydrographic one ( fake CF wrap around the OEM part)

Like SNK BTN 2, I love to mod my cars. I am looking forward to showing the knee bolsters and doors when they are done as well.

As for now, I'm still debating on how to do them. I'd like to see leather/vinyl in the upper and lower sections(carpet by the speaker sucks!), CF in the center (as it meets the knee bolsters). I then want to use Aluminized fiberglass (looks like oven metal) for the radio and door handle bezels.....

We Mayhem boys just need to figure out how to do it. and make it look bad asp and keep the price down. This stuff gets costly to make quickly. :thumbs:

We can use just about any type of fiber (or Carbon Kevlar) you like as long as it will mold correctly.

No installed pics yet but they are will be here soon. ViperForums.net will always get the first peek at every product.

Last week I was supposed to get pics with two other GTS owners here in Orlando from the final pre-production part. I just had too many things going on at home to do it. I hope to clear it out some time on Sunday.

But...I'm also going on Sunday to pick up the 08 ACR splitter and wing, then also the Gen 2 interior door panel to make replicas of as well.

Very nice work indeed. On a side note, don't be surprised if you get a phone call from Her Dragon trying to trade you a bent dodge viper for a cf console.
