Anyone know any Corvette Forums for the Z06/ZR1???

I cant find any, or if i do...they only have 100 members or less.

Im part of a Viper forum and i think i should be part of a corvette forum also. Only fair to be on both of the Worlds favorite sports cars. Plus i wanna learn more about the ZR1 and Z06 :D. i already know the Viper inside out.

Floundering around from one forum to the other, looking for a hero will not get you far. Why research a bomb of a car like the ZR1 when you can home in on my 1968 corvette, which beat the ever living snot out of 2 Z06's? I'm talking over 5 car lengths of an ass whipping without even breaking a sweat. You can bet your left nut that as soon as I run into a ZR1, there will be a showdown that will leave a ZR1 owner limping home in a lap full of tears.

My homebuilt ghetto whopper of a vette handles like it is glued to the ground and has no body lean whatsoever. Modified? :haha::haha:There isn't one aspect of the car that is not modified, all for the sake of low weight and performance. No superchargers, no frills, weighing about 2800 pounds and pumping out about 675 hp. Yeah I know that is not a lot compared to a TT Viper but I am not replacing trannies and rear ends every month either.

LOL!! Actually, I took these pics shortly after it was painted. The headers are Stahl custom headers but the sidepipes on there are the Hookers from the previous set. I only pushed them on to get it out of the garage and yes, they are only hanging on. The Stahl sidepipes did not come with mounting brackets so I have to get them welded on before mounting them. I also have to get the headers and sidepipe section ceramic coated.

The bottom side trim was not on as you noticed but I am going to put them on, don't worry. Hell, if things fly off while I am racing you, I am sure that they will come to a dead stop by the time you get up to them. A little sideways action won't affect your 14 second 1/4 mile time anyway, NerdSnake.

Now stop nitpicking and spend your time coming to terms with my superior ride.

I have two C3 vettes but to be honest, they are built like total shit, especially the '68. The interior is put together so poorly that it is amazing that any company would roll a car into the showroom like that. GM sure had some balls. My '68 was a lot of fun to build like I did but in general, a C3 vette is worthless junk and these broke ass dorks are trying to convince themselves that it is the car of their choice rather than the car they can afford.

Keep in mind that many of the owners of those cars don't have the money to buy a new Z06 or Viper so they have bled their knuckles on those old vettes and thus, have built up a love affair as a result. The human mind is a mysterious thing, perhaps also a pile of junk.
