hey guys whatsup. my name is zach im going by the tt kid because i drive an audi tt. yesterday my dad bought a 2002 viper gts with 14xxx miles on it. although my dad loves cars and is a pretty good driver he dosent really know all that much about modifying them. anyway he put me in charge of finding mods for the viper. he wants to make about 550 to 600 whp preferably without a supercharger or turbos and definatly without nitrous. so far my ideas for mods are
headers
3 inch catback exhaust
test pipes aka catless
intake (does anyone make a cai for this year viper?)
throttle body
possibly new fuel injectors if needed without adding boost
ECU (is an ecu an option for the viper havent seen any online, if no ecu is available would a custom tune add power without boost?)
coilovers
sway bars (not sure if the viper already has them)
big brake kit (brembo willwood ect. any recomedations for brake kit that could keep up with say 700whp)
possibly water meth injectin (if this will help without boost, new programing would probably be needed to take full advantage of this)
any feedback would be awesome. i obviously still have alot of research to do. i know a little about tuning from tuning my tt but i realise that the tt and viper are polar opposites as far as cars go so if im making any mistakes please let me know. also all instalation/tuning will be done by a reputable shop not by me. thanks in advance for any help.

headers (Go with Belangers, or B&B's, ART's all good choices)
3 inch catback exhaust Lots of good choices(Corsa, Borla, Randomtech)
test pipes aka catless Will have to MIL elim's or a tune on that car if you do that.
intake (does anyone make a cai for this year viper?) Just buy smooth tubes and K&N filters
throttle body Dont waste your money until car has S/C, TT, HCI,
possibly new fuel injectors if needed without adding boost No need with mods your talking
ECU (is an ecu an option for the viper havent seen any online, if no ecu is available would a custom tune add power without boost?) For mods you've listed I'd just get a SCT tune from Viper specialty, or DC Perf
coilovers Wouldn't waste money unless going to become a track car
sway bars (not sure if the viper already has them) Same as above
big brake kit (brembo willwood ect. any recomedations for brake kit that could keep up with say 700whp) Stoptech if you wanna spend some money, if not the SRT swap is a GREAT choice for the money.
possibly water meth injectin (if this will help without boost, new programing would probably be needed to take full advantage of this)
No need unless boosted

See above.

so after further research i think i will go with
bb headers
corsa exhaust
kn intake and piping
custom tune
i know this dosent quite reach my dads goal of 100+ hp gains but i think it will surfice untill we decide on a tt supercharger or buit engine later on down the road

For headers, look to M&M headers. Great stuff and lots-o-power!

To hit those numbers you will need to do the heads and cam. With a good stryker head setup, port and polish and tune with exhaust you may be able to hit 580 to the wheels. This is my goal as well. Lots of money down the road it should be a blast.

Greg Good heads, solid roller cam and about 11.5:1 cr, headers exhaust, ported intake, 70mm TB, Roller Rockers, Solid Lifters and a VEC (or SCT tuner). That will get it N/A for you. It will be about 10k as you have to build the engine
Or
You can go the easy route and bolt on a ROE S/C. It will cost much less...closer to 5k - 7.5k
