Rep is pretty similar to what everyone is accustomed to...

Heres the breakdown:

~Minimum 25 posts for it to become active,
~75 rep points before you can affect other users reputation,
~each 150 points increases rep power by 1,
~each 1000 posts increases rep power by 1,
~each year as a member increases rep power by 1...
