Your friendly neighborhood ADMIN has gotten no rest for the past several days in getting everything transferred to this new server. First and foremost you will probably notice that things load somewhat faster here. That is because we are now on a private server. :thumbs:
Next, I would like to apoligize that this happened the way it did. We have been gaining much popularity lately and greatly exceeded the old servers quota. This is due to many things, including trolls as well as the amount of daily bandwidth used and content added. All of that is to be seen as good news, though! It means we are gaining some popularity and those of us here are maintaining a high amount of activity.
Unfortunately, the old server gave no forewarning before just pulling the plug. It would have been nice to be prepared, but so be it. Better sooner than later to have to transfer everything, because just 3 months worth of content took me 2 days to get moved. Also to note is that on the new server, we can always add more speed and space. We will never have to move again. :D
I got many emails from several members that ironically carried the same tone in mentioning that they were "having withdrawals from VF.net!!" :D Well, let me be the first to welcome you all back and also thank you for your patience.
In closing, Id like to remind all the haters to stop pointing their fingers now; we are back and running, and now on even more horsepower than before. :finger:
